Feeling shattered and broken, she gets into physical relationships with older men to relieve her pain.
In Mexico, a woman named Amelia takes care of Richard and Nanny’s children while they are in Morocco. Later, Richard calls Amelia and informs her about Susan’s injury. Amelia later takes the couple’s children to Tijuana for her son’s wedding. Things take a dramatic turn when she gets arrested by the border patrol agents in Mexico. Meanwhile, the children are not to be found inside the car. All these incidents change the lives of these characters forever.
Babel (2006) stars Brad Pitt as Richard Jones, Cate Blanchett as Suan Jones, Adriana Barraza as Amelia Hernandez, and Rinko Kikuchi as Chieko Wataya, among many others.
