Azealia Banks' interactive video for 'Wallace' puts you in control
There is one word to describe Azealia Banks’ new video for “Wallace”: Trippy.
“Wallace” allows viewers to control the movement of Banks’ head as she sings using a webcam. It essentially works like a mirror – if your face moves left, her face moves left. If you haven’t screamed, “What the heck is going on?” by that point, just wait until you see your face behind Banks’.
The webcam-driven interactive video is directed by Nick Ace and Rob Soucy and produced by Collins. It runs on the Google Cloud Platform, so only those with Google Chrome can access it. (Tip: It’s worth the Chrome download.)
