Ayesha Curry Says She’s ‘Lucky If I Can Keep a Whole Meal Down’ During Fourth Pregnancy (Exclusive)

The 'Irish Wish' actress is currently expecting her fourth baby with husband Steph Curry

Ayesha Curry is experiencing some tough symptoms as she navigates her fourth pregnancy.

The Irish Wish actress, who is currently expecting her fourth baby with husband Steph Curry, sat down with her costar Lindsay Lohan for this week's issue of PEOPLE. The star, 34, opened up about how she's been feeling this time around as she settles into her pregnancy journey.

"I feel good. As the days go on, I feel a little better and better each day," Ayesha tells PEOPLE. "I am lucky if I can get a whole meal down."

Ayesha is already mom to kids Riley, 11, Ryan, 8, and Canon, 5, with her NBA star husband Steph.

Last month, the proud mom revealed her exciting baby news, penning an essay for Sweet July Magazine. In the article, Ayesha looked back at being told she's having a "geriatric pregnancy" when she went in for one of her doctor's appointments.

"What's been interesting has been my doctor's appointments," she explained. "I'm in my 30s, and so there's all this paperwork referring to the experience as a 'geriatric pregnancy' and all the concerns that come along with that."

"I think there's something that needs to be more nuanced when it comes to women, their age and conversations around having children. Many women in their 30s and 40s are going through this for the first time, and being told you're 'old' feels alarming and wild. I think the narrative needs to be shifted a little bit."

She also noted that this pregnancy will be her last.

"But one of the biggest differences [of this pregnancy] is a new understanding that this really does pass by in the blink of an eye," she said. "And in the blink of an eye, it could also all be taken away. That's encouraged me to slow down and take in every single little thing — especially with it being my last pregnancy."

Although she explained that she and her husband initially thought they "were done" with having kids, they decided this year that "somebody was missing."
