Austin Trail of Lights among the six best holiday light shows in the country

When it comes to holiday light displays, the Austin Trail of Lights is one of the best.

Online recreation news source RV Trader recently included the iconic Zilker Park attraction on a list of can't-miss holiday light shows across the U.S. this year. The light show is near two campgrounds — the Austin Lone Star RV Resort and The Oaks RV Park & Campground — that makes it attractive to avid RV travelers.

The Austin Trail of Lights is considered by many to be the longest-running holiday tradition of its kind in Austin. It features more than 2 million lights, 90 lighted holiday trees and over 70 holiday displays.
