Austin has one of the nation's best chocolate chip cookie bakeries, according to Yelp
Austin's very own Teddy V. Pâtisserie has cemented itself as one of the best chocolate chip cookie bakeries in the U.S., thanks to a recent list from Yelp.
Elisia Velasquez's self-made business landed the number 16 spot on the review site's list of top 100 chocolate chip cookies. Teddy V. is known for making bigger-than-baseball cookies weighing in at 7.2 ounces with 125 chocolate chips.

Teddy V. sells fresh cookies at the Lakeline and Mueller farmers markets as well as Medici and Sa-ten Coffee & Eats. Frozen, ready-to-bake cookie dough balls are available at all Central Market locations.
Another Texas cookie spot with a high ranking on the Yelp list is Tiny's Milk and Cookies in Houston at number 12. The list wrote the establishment is known for its "walk-up counter serving cookies, house-made ice cream and hand-crafted coffee drinks."
