Austin airport among Food & Wine's top 10 list for airport food offerings

From Amy's Ice Cream to Salt Lick BBQ, Austin Bergstrom International Airport has tons of tasty offerings, all of which earned the airport a spot on Food & Wine's list of 10 best airports for food.

The Austin airport ranked number nine. The publication said the selection of local restaurants "is perfect for a city that is so focused on nurturing its local communities." It also shouted out Amy's, Salt Lick and Taco Deli as well as Jo's Coffee at Gate 19 — "a favorite," the article said.

San Francisco International Airport took home the first place spot, followed by Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Denver International Airport won the title of editor's pick.
