The 75th anniversary of Atlantic Records is being celebrated by that label and its sister catalog imprint, Rhino Records, with a year-long rollout of 90 vinyl releases and re-releases, covering the gamut from Led Zeppelin to Lizzo and John Coltrane to Coldplay.

Most — not all — of the titles are being pressed on clear vinyl and are described in the label’s product descriptions as one-time pressings.

More from Variety

Most have previously been released on vinyl, although three modern albums, Gayle’s “A Study in the Human Experience,” Christina Perry’s “Lovestrong” and Kehlani’s “Cloud 19,” are getting their first-time LP iterations as part of the campaign.

The first 60 titles are available immediately. Among them are Aretha Franklin’s “Lady Soul,” Yes’ “Fragile,” Lizzo’s “Special” and “Cuz I Love You,” Dusty Springfield’s “Dusty in Memphis,” Cardi B.’s “Invasion of Privacy,” P. Diddy’s “Press Play,” Ed Sheeran’s “Divide,” Wiz Khalifa’s “Rolling Papers,” Arthur Conley’s “Sweet Soul Music,” INXS’ “Kick,” Young Boy Never Broke Again’s “The Last Slimeto” and the Velvet Underground’s “Loaded.”

Some of the more high-profile titles will wait a bit. They include Led Zeppelin’s “Led Zeppelin IV,” pressed on clear 180g vinyl and arriving Oct. 27. Coming a week earlier on Oct. 20 is Coldplay’s “A Head Full of Dreams,” on what is described as 140g colored/recycled vinyl and pressed anew with a bonus track, “Something Just Like This,’’ done by the group in collaboration with the Chainsmokers.

Vintage Christmas titles from Booker T. and Trans-Siberian Orchestra come out Nov. 10. That’s the last release date on the schedule for now, though the rollout is being billed as a year-long campaign.

Acoustic Sounds is releasing a number of audiophile-oriented releases on 180g black vinyl pressed at 45rpm, including extensive dips into the catalogs of Coltrane, Genesis, Ray Charles, Bad Company, Otis Redding, Buffalo Springfield and others.

Atlantic and Rhino have also hooked up with Vinyl Me, Please for exclusive editions of albums by Charles, John Prine, the Mar-Keys, Lupe Fiasco and Stone Temple Pilots.

“Our 75th anniversary has given us an incredible opportunity to revisit the amazing range and depth of the music that Atlantic has released across the decades,” said Atlantic chairman-CEO Craig Kallman in a statement. “These 90 albums are not only an extraordinary musical journey through the years, but a cultural one as well, reflecting a series of seismic social shifts. As an admitted vinyl junkie, I’m honored and thrilled to join with our colleagues at Rhino, our long-time friends at Acoustic Sounds, and the great folks at VMP to give all this brilliant music the royal LP treatment. It’s been a true labor of love, and the perfect celebration of this landmark anniversary.”
