SAINT MARY'S HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (1230 BAXTER ST): 88. Inspector notes: "Observed metal pans stacked wet after washing. Observed mold growth along gasket area of threshold to walk-in (WI) 1. Observed cold hold drawer beneath grill not able to maintain food temperature at 41F. Observed food debris accumulation on underside of shelf above steam table in main kitchen. Observed dust accumulation on wall fan in dish wash room."
