Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis Finally Sell First Home They Shared as Married Couple for $10.4M

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are officially saying goodbye to their first marital home, which has finally sold for $10.350 million after over a year and a half on the market.

The couple — who will celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary this July — first listed their primary residence, which is nestled in Coldwater Canyon in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, for $13.995 million in May 2020. They dropped the price of the property several times without any luck, and even offered it up as a rental property. The final sale price is $3.645 million less than their original asking price.

Agents Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland held the listing.

Kutcher, 43, and Kunis, 38, first purchased the three-story, "East Coast traditional" home, which was built in 1999, in 2014 for just over $10.215 million. They brought up their children, daughter Wyatt Isabelle, 7, and son Dimitri Portwood, 5, at the family-friendly residence.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home is within a guard-gated community which several other celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Adele and Katy Perry have called home over the years, according to Variety.

The fairly modest front facade features a combination of stone and cedar siding. Inside, however, there are plentiful high-end finishes like oak floors and ornate moulding throughout, mahogany paneled walls in the office, and french doors, leading to the landscaped outdoor entertaining areas.

The plot is just over half an acre with a stone terrace, and an outdoor kitchen and bar. The residence also has a lagoon-style pool, a raised spa, and plenty of outdoor entertaining space.

The main level includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, as well as a large formal dining room and family room with an additional fireplace.

It also features an all-white kitchen with a breakfast nook, wet bar, and both modern and vintage-style appliances.

The basement has a temperature-controlled wine room, state-of-the-art gym and sauna.

Kutcher and Kunis have since moved their family into another home in L.A., which they showed off in a cover story for Architectural Digest in June 2021.

"We wanted a home, not an estate," Kunis told the publication of their current six-acre, hilltop property, which they affectionately call KuKu Farms. The pair actually do use the land for farming, even planting and harvesting a crop of corn during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We wanted the house to look like an old barn, something that had been here for decades, that was then converted into a house. But it also had to feel modern and relevant," Kutcher said.

Despite having luxe accents, the home was designed to be completely family-friendly and feel cozy and welcoming to all who enter. And for Kutcher and Kunis, it's a place where they can feel at peace knowing everything is as it should be.

"To feel tranquility in a space, everything needs to be in order. If the world around you isn't in order, it's hard to get your brain in order," Kutcher said. "When we're in our home, the world just makes sense."
