After spending years designing their now-complete sustainable Beverly Hills dream home, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have officially settled into eco-friendly living and are offloading their Hidden Valley home for $12.25 million, the Los Angeles Times reports. The couple purchased the five bedroom, six bathroom East Coast Traditional home in 2014 for $10.2 million.

Located behind guarded gates in Beverly Hills, the 7,351 square foot property’s exterior features all of the fixings of a traditional home: window shutters, white siding, stonework and a fanlight above the front door. The interior is chock full of charming details, including hand crafted mouldings, french doors, multiple fireplaces, and built in cabinetry and storage benches in numerous rooms, all of which combine to create a pleasantly homey space.

Particularly cozy is the downstairs living area, which features a family room separated from the spacious kitchen by bannisters and an adjoining breakfast nook. The outdoors can be enjoyed from the home’s lawn, lagoon pool, and spacious back veranda offer ample room to enjoy the outdoors. Though the home doesn’t feel austentatious, its list of amenities which includes a sauna, gym, and a temperature controlled wine room offers a sense of luxury.

The couple initially listed the house for sale in May of 2020, then listed it for rent for $55,000, and subsequently removed the listing in November of that year. Prior to the completion of their farm home, they were reportedly living in their Carpinteria, CA beach home.
