Ashton Kutcher, Danny Masterson, and James Corden Form a Dad Band

Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson joined James Corden on The Late Late Show to form a dad band called Puff Daddies. If you think “dad bods” and “dad jokes” are the only dad things that are super hot right now, you haven’t been listening to Napster enough. Dad bands are all the rage!

Kutcher, Masterson, and Corden brought a certain je ne sais quoi to the music scene when they dropped their single “IMA Dad.” The song sounds like a cross between Lil Wayne and Beethoven, with lyrics worthy of John Lennon’s poetry. The chorus is overly simple in a very complex way and goes “I’m a dad, I don’t go to movies. I’m a dad, I don’t know that song. I’m a dad, my dance moves are goofy. I’m a dad, and this is my song!”

While it’s rare to have a band made up of three frontmen, the Puff Daddies somehow manage to pull it off. I’m really looking forward to their follow-up album.

The Late Late Show With James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m.
