Ashlyn Harris Shares Sweet Photo of Ex Ali Krieger with Daughter Sloane in Celebration of Her Third Birthday

The former couple is parents to Sloane and son Ocean

Ashlyn Harris and ex Ali Krieger are showering their daughter with love on her third birthday.

On Monday, the retired professional soccer player, 38, shared a series of photos to her Instagram in celebration of her daughter Sloane's special day. Dressed like Minnie Mouse, Sloane grins with her teeth as she eats a cupcake and receives a sweet kiss on the cheek from Krieger, 39, as she enjoys her Minnie Mouse-themed party.

The athlete also included a sweet photo carrying daughter Sloane and the former couple's son Ocean, 17 months, posing under a banner of balloons.

"Happy Birthday Sweetheart. We love you. I can’t believe my baby is 3 today. May you shine all your light into this world. You truly are a gift to us all. I am so proud to be your Momma," Harris wrote in her caption.

In October, Harris filed for divorce from Krieger after nearly four years of marriage, PEOPLE confirmed via the Seminole County Clerk's website.

Representatives for Harris and Krieger did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment at the time.

"Although it’s new information to the public, Ashlyn and Ali's divorce began months ago and they have been living apart since the summer,” an insider told PEOPLE of the split.

Shortly after announcing their divorce, Krieger shared a cozy photo at home with her two children. The three smiled and cuddled together as she added a sticker to the shot reading, "My happy place."

Krieger's kids were by her side for a special moment as Gotham FC paid tribute after her final home season in the National Women's Soccer League.

She took the field with Ocean and Sloane as she was honored by teammates and a roaring stadium.

Sharing some scenes from the special night on Instagram, Krieger wrote, "Thank you for an unforgettable night celebrating with my two beautiful kids, family, best friends, teammates, fans and incredible @gothamfc staff! I will never forget you. Thank you for making me feel so valued, appreciated and truly adored 🥰👑🫶🏽."
