"Here's the definition of a 'chemical pregnancy': A chemical pregnancy is a very early miscarriage that happens within the first five weeks of pregnancy. An embryo forms and may even embed in your uterus lining (implantation), but then it stops developing. Chemical pregnancies occur so early that many people who miscarry don't realize it," the expectant mom of two wrote.

"I did get a positive test that month and I started bleeding a few days later. I knew what was happening within an hour or so bc a close friend also had a chemical pregnancy."

"I was sad for a few days, but it was month #1 and my midwife was encouraging and said that often you'll get pregnant the next month. It's almost like your body is in prepare mode."

In January, Iaconetti and Haibon shared that they are expecting again and spoke with PEOPLE ahead of going public with the announcement.

"We want Dawson to have a sibling," Haibon said of his son. "That's very important. Both of us come from families with two kids. So we wanted to give that to Dawson."

"I want that big family dynamic, but man, having so many kids is just so overwhelming," he continued. "So even the idea of a second kid, it's no longer two-on-one where we can play defense against him. Now it's just one-on-one."

In February, they shared that they are expecting another boy in an Amazon Live, holding cupcakes that revealed the sex of their baby-to-be.

"Is it a boy or a girl?" Haibon asked.

"I don't know, I thought it was going to be a boy before I was pregnant and then I got pregnant and I thought it was going to be a girl. And now I think it's going to be a boy today," Iaconetti responded.

As the couple bit into their cupcakes, they revealed that they're expecting a boy.

"It's a boy! Are you kidding me?" Iaconetti exclaimed.
