Ashley Graham enjoyed a fun Christmas with family!

On Monday, the model, 35, shared photos from her holiday celebrations with husband Justin Ervin and their three sons, twins Malachi and Roman, 2, and Isaac Menelik Giovanni, 3.

In the photos, the family enjoys time together in their backyard, with the three little ones running in blurs around their parents. The family of five shares both laughs and adventure in the adorable shots.

"In the warmth of family, celebrating Jesus’ birth with my boys. Feeling blessed and sending love for a Merry Christmas to you and yours! 🤍," she captioned the selection of shots.

Last month, Graham, 35, shared a sweet moment she shared with her little ones.

Amid a busy work schedule, the model mom stopped home to spend some quality time with her sons and snap an adorable picture.

"Came home for a quick recharge 🤍 now off to Paris!" she captioned the group of shots, which show her cuddling and playing with her boys at home.

Earlier this summer, Graham told PEOPLE at the Clase Azul National Tequila Day Dinner that mom life came with "frequent breakdowns."

"I mean, the idea of balance, I wish it existed. What I do is I have these in-depth conversations with myself and my husband about — I have set up my kids so that when I'm home, I'm home and I'm locked in," she shared.

It's important for the busy mom to know that while she is out and about working, "they're being taken care of and that they're in the best hands."

"And that's all I can do because I would go crazy if I didn't have a purpose outside of that and for myself," she shared. "My mom would stay-at-home mom, and we were her purpose and she loved it. And I'm so grateful that she spent all that time with us. But for me, I waited to have kids on purpose because my career really meant something for me, and I'm glad I did."
