Ashley Graham has her reasons for working out, and they're not what you might think

If there’s anyone who knows about self-love and body positivity, it’s Ashley Graham. The model advocates for loving what you’ve got and taking care of yourself. But have you ever wondered how she stays so fit and healthy? We’ve got answers in this week’s episode of Off Season.

We all know that Graham loves the skin she’s in, but not everyone knows her level of dedication to her workouts. She trains at the New York City fitness hot spot Dogpound with her trainer Dawin Pena and does everything from cardio to weights to calisthenics to stay toned and strong.

However, Graham has made it very clear that she isn’t working out to lose weight. This is a sentiment she frequently shares when posting workout videos and photos (which sometimes receive negative comments about her size because haters gonna hate).

“I workout to stay healthy, feel good, get rid of jet lag, clear my head, and show big girls we can move like the rest of em,” Graham wrote in an Instagram post.

And anyone who follows the supermodel on social media can see that she’s committed to her fitness regime, and she’s both physically and emotionally strong as hell. Graham has shared several videos of her workouts, which include squats, dead lifts, sledgehammer swings, pushups, and planks. Yaaaas girl!

Her favorite workout? Kickboxing. The high-intensity workout is offered at many gyms, so if you want an empowering workout and maybe a peach-emoji booty like Graham’s, get boxing!
