The Art Directors Guild has elected production designer Dina Lipton (Not Dead Yet) its president, succeeding outgoing president Nelson Coates who completes 8-plus years in the post.

Lipton will lead a 20-member executive board which, for the first time in the guild’s history, sees its four top-ranking posts all held by women: senior set designer Kristen Davis was elected vice president, supervising art director Helen Harwell was chosen to be treasurer and art director/senior set designer Judy Cosgrove was elected secretary. All will serve three-year terms commencing June 1, 2024.

I look forward to the leadership they will provide over the next three years.”
