Arnold Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt Became Friends Years Before Pratt's Proposal to Katherine
Years before Chris Pratt proposed to Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s daughter, he was becoming fast friends with his future father-in-law.
The action stars have been super supportive of each other dating back to 2015. That year, right after the release of Jurassic World, James Corden of The Late Late Show shared a picture of a wall that Pratt, 39, had signed. The Guardians of the Galaxy actor couldn’t help but express his excitement about writing his name next to the former body builder, 71.
“Right next to FRIGGIN’ ARNOLD!” the Parks and Recreation alum wrote.

After seeing the image, Schwarzenegger followed up with his own tweet: “I’m right next to friggin’ CHRIS PRATT. Congrats on the monster opening weekend, @prattprattpratt. You deserve it.”

Jurassic World, which also starred Bryce Dallas Howard, is the 5th highest-grossing film of all time worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.
Pratt announced his engagement to Katherine Schwarzenegger, 29, this past Monday on Instagram.
“Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go! ]]>💍🙏
