Army Aids Clean-Up Operation After Deadly Flooding

German armed forces released footage showing units deployed in clean-up operations near the city of Hagen on July 16, after deadly floods hit the region.

The death toll amid severe flooding in the country rose to 133 on July 16, Die Welt reported. Approximately 1,300 people remained unaccounted for.

This footage was published by the German army and shows units using heavy machinery to clear debris from different locations near the city of Hagen.
