Running a business isn’t easy, and unfortunately, Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney have been learning that the hard way for a year straight. They’re finally celebrating the grand opening of their long-awaited sandwich shop, Something About Her, but now, the point-of-sale system stopped working. Somehow, this is Tom Sandoval’s fault.

The Vanderpump Rules besties were on-site at their sandwich shop when they came out to announce the annoying news to their hungry fans. We’re not surprised to see that they’re handling it like seasoned pros. They’ve had plenty of time to prepare for these kinds of snafus.

“Our POS system has decided that today is the day that it wants to not work,” Ariana told the crowd.

Although their POS system was acting up, that didn’t stop them from slinging their little sandwiches. Ariana and Katie still let people come into the restaurant. They just set the expectation that they’d be moving a little bit slower than usual.

“Please bear with us,” Ariana pleaded.

Before the technical issues started, Ariana and Katie welcomed friends and family for a soft opening. The reviewers were positive. Even Andy Cohen stopped in for a chicken salad sandwich, and now their POS system wants to stop the rest of us from enjoying that deliciousness? What a shame.

Of course, Something About Her has been plagued with issues since its inception. From city permit issues to the fight with Chef Penny Davidi, this has turned into a lot of hassle for some sandwiches. We’re hoping these ladies can catch a break soon.
