Ariana Madix’s Advice for Scheana Shay and Brock Davies

Ariana Madix has had to defend her boundaries left and right this season on Vanderpump Rules. She’s not telling her friends who they can love. However, should anyone decide to call Tom Sandoval their bestie, their place in her life will be minimized. This rock and a hard place is where Scheana Shay has been living all throughout Season 11, and her husband Brock Davies has hated this for his wife.

A little preview point made

In a preview on Bravo TV for the VPR Season 11 Reunion, Part 3, Brock tries to explain his wife’s struggles. She’s been friends with both parties for a really long time. Therefore, their break-up has caused Scheana to feel like a small child, caught up in their parent’s divorce.

In contrast, Scheana has often struggled with her other costars. Mainly the ladies. This causes Brock to stress that “Scheana has really fought with a lot of the women in here from the beginning. She’s been in the pit.”

“Not from Ariana,” Scheana interrupts.

“Not from Ariana,” Brock relents, adding “But from everyone else. And the one person that I have seen firsthand is Sandoval as being there, having her back. I’ve seen her fight for a 15-year friendship and a 10-year friendship and be stuck in the middle and get torn apart online by people that aren’t in this room.”

“We’re all torn apart online. Lesson learned is [to] stay out of the comments section,” Ariana replies. That’s valid advice. However, as Lala Kent has already pointed out, Scheana lives in the comments. Therefore, when it comes to following this bit of guidance, our little Chili’s champion might struggle.

Following this, Ariana then clarifies that Brock’s statement on “Scheana’s journey in this group is absolutely true.” Even still, Ariana notes that she “has been in her corner and supported her since Day 1 with that.”

Basically, Ariana doesn’t deserve any of the blame that Brock’s statement carries. On this, I agree. Perhaps VPR Season 12 will see this all shake-out well. Or not.
