In the settlement agreement, obtained by The Blast, both parties agreed not to "release, disclosure or publication of any photograph (and related negatives), tape, film or like embodiments in all forms whether now or hereafter created or other record or recording of any aspect of any activity in or about any home, office or other property owned."

We know what you are thinking, but exactly what kind of "tapes" or photos isn't specifically listed.

As for the media, Gomez can't "Give any interview, write, appear in connection with, or assist or cooperate in the preparation or presentation of any book, article, interview, program or other production or publication of any kind whatsoever concerning the other party."

Of course, the former couple both agreed to these restrictions, but let's be honest they are mainly for Ariana Grande.

"This confidentiality provision is for the benefit of each party and shall be fully enforceable by each party," it reads.

She is specific in the filing, saying he "acknowledges that (her) privacy and the non-disclosure of confidential information regarding him are vitally important."
