Every year that passes, Apple Martin resembles her mom, Gwyneth Paltrow, more and more, but she might have just reached her final doppelgänger form.
While it's true that Apple Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow have been twinning as far back as 2016, the resemblance really started to show once Martin became a teenager. People first started noticing how much Martin looked like her mom in 2017 when Paltrow posted a family pic and the chatter intensified with a birthday tribute in 2018. But, still we'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you didn't see it then, but you can't say you don't see it now.
To celebrate Martin's 20th birthday, Paltrow took to Instagram to share three pictures from her archives, starting when Martin was just a baby and going all the way to now, as a bona fide fashion girlie.
“Happy 20th birthday,” Paltrow captioned her post. “How can it be that you are 20 today? It feels surreal! You are the most extraordinary, the most hilarious, the most brilliant. I love your WWII insights as much as I love your physical comedy. You are the most fun to be with and you have always been. From those days when it was always you and me to now, you are my lil ride or die. You are everything to me and I am so proud of you. Have the best day, my peanut.”
The third picture included in Paltrow's slides, which she also posted to her stories, is where we can clearly see Martin as her mom's doppelgänger. Evidence A:

Twins! Of course, Apple Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow are aware of the comparisons and even leaned into them last year when Martin slid into her mother's controversial Alexander McQueen dress from the 2002 Oscars. Love a twinning mother-daughter duo who also share the same taste!
