If you’re on the hunt for a new home makeover show to binge this summer, we’ve got you covered.

The OGs of HGTV might be on their seasonal hiatus, but there are plenty of demo days and adorable renovating duos to be had while patiently awaiting their return. If you’re looking for something to fill the Fixer Upper, Flip or Flop and Property Brothers void, give one of shows a shot:

HGTV announced in March that they are introducing several new spinoffs of the popular Flip or Flop franchise in Las Vegas, Atlanta, Texas, Chicago and Nashville. You can catch the first of the five, Flip or Flop Vegas, starring Bristol and Aubrey Marunde, on Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST, and look for the second, Flip or Flop Atlanta, with Ken and Anita Corsini, coming out in June.

Good Bones

Mother/daughter duo Karen E. Laine and Mina Starsiak return for their second season of Good Bones on May 30th at 10 p.m. EST. Together mom, Laine, a former lawyer, and daughter, Starsiak, a real estate agent, revitalize Indianapolis homes with plenty of charm and an impressive eye for design.

The show that’s hailed as Fixer Upper-meets-Gilmore Girls will most definitely give you all of the Chip and Joanna Gaines small-town feels. Ben and Erin Napier aren’t mad about the comparisons to the two fan-favorite shows, either. “That sounds really good to me,” Ben told PEOPLE. Catch the two in action Tuesdays at 10 p.m. EST.

With a small-screen lineup like this, who needs reruns?
