'The Voice': Lady Antebellum, Rod Stewart to perform

Lady Antebellum, Rod Stewart, and more to perform on 'The Voice'

The Voice will welcome an influx of celebrities in the next few weeks: Rod Stewart, Cee Lo Green, Lady Antebellum, Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams and T.I. will all appear on the show, NBC announced today.

Stewart and Green will perform Wednesday, May 8; Lady Antebellum, along with Thicke, Williams and T.I., will hit the stage Tuesday ,May 14. For many of the artists, this isn’t their first tango with the spinning chairs. Williams was previously an adviser to Team Usher; Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum served as an adviser to Team Adam earlier this season. Thicke dropped by the show last year, and of course, Green was previously a judge on the program.

The Voice has continued to perform well despite a recent ratings dip. Last Tuesday, the show had 12.4 million viewers and a 4.0 adults 18-49 rating.
