'Smash' preview: Christian Borle as Tom Levitt
The big NBC midseason show Smash is gearing up for its premiere next week and we have an exclusive first look at Christian Borle as Tom Levitt, half of the show’s songwriting duo alongside Debra Messing’s Julia Houston. Smash, produced by Steven Spielberg, follows the making of a Broadway musical about Marilyn Monroe. Borle has been a staple of the Great White Way for years, starring in shows like Legally Blonde and Spamalot. Check out the video below, which also features former American Idol Katherine McPhee and Messing as they start to put together what NBC hopes will be a smash hit, on screen and off.
