That's So Raven Spinoff Ordered at Disney Channel: Who's Returning?

Disney Channel on Tuesday made its previously announced That’s So Raven spinoff official by ordering it to series — and giving it a title: Raven’s Home — but not even Raven Baxter herself could have foreseen the incredible casting news that would follow.

In addition to Raven-Symoné reprising her role as the original series’ titular psychic, Anneliese van der Pol — who played Raven’s best friend Chelsea for all four seasons of the Disney Channel hit — will also return as a series regular.

The network has also released the names of the actors playing single-mom Raven’s children: Issac Brown (black-ish) and Navia Robinson (Being Mary Jane) will play Raven’s 11-year-old twins Booker and Nia. We’ll also meet Chelsea’s son Levi (played by Superstore‘s Jason Maybaum) and Nia’s best friend Tess (played by Sky Katz of America’s Got Talent fame).

Raven’s Home will follow Chelsea and Raven — both divorced single mothers — raising their children in a house together. But as the official description warns, “when one of Raven’s kids begins to show signs that they have inherited her trait of catching glimpses of the future, the already hectic household gets turned upside down, keeping even Raven on her toes.”
