'For a Good Time, Call' trailer
For a Good Time, Call… was one of several well-received girls-gone-wild comedies at January’s Sundance Film Festival, a group that included both Bachelorette and Save the Date. But while some of the other female comedies aimed to piggy-back on the Bridesmaids zeitgeist, For a Good Time has a different vibe. Yes, it’s about two frenemies who decide to work together on a phone-sex hotline to pay the rent, but their awkward love-hate relationship feels more like something from HBO’s Girls. (Come to think of it, why hasn’t Hannah done phone sex yet?)
