'Battle of the Network Stars': 'Pretty Little Liars' hunks race for Ronda Rousey
Keegan Allen and Brant Daugherty are ready to fight for Ronda Rousey. The Pretty Little Liars stars were coached by the MMA fighter for ABC’s reboot of Battle of the Network Stars, and EW has an exclusive preview from their episode, “Variety vs. TV Sex Symbols.”
Obviously, Allen and Daugherty are two of the TV Sex Symbols, a team also comprised of Traci Bingham, Rosa Blasi, and Galen Gering. They’ll be competing against Joanna Krupa, Nick Lachey, Vanessa Lachey, Gilles Marini, and Jack Osbourne on Team Variety.
“These pretty little men are pretty excited to be on this team and to really charge it,” Rousey says of the actors. Even as Daugherty wiped out in the water beneath a rope swing, she added, “They really broke every preconception that I had.”
Allen recently said goodbye to Pretty Little Liars, which aired its final episode on Tuesday; Dougherty’s character was killed off 10 episodes earlier.
Battle of the Network Stars kicks off Thursday, June 29 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. The “Variety vs. TV Sex Symbols” episode airs July 6.
