A$AP Rocky, Rihanna Have A Dance-Off During Birthday Celebration

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna held a dance-off during Rocky’s 35th birthday party. Videos of the commemoration went viral on Sunday (Oct. 8), showing the pair and their friends grooving. Clips show Rih twerking across the room to Waka Flocka’s “Round of Applause.”

Rocky and his friend hit a couple of synchronized moves to Rae Sremmurd’s “Throw Sum Mo,” almost reminiscent of a scene from You Got Served. What appears to be money can be seen flung along the floor as the partygoers dance the night away.

The happily in love couple’s viral video arrives just days after Drake allegedly dissed Rihanna. Drizzy’s For All The Dogs dropped on Friday (Oct. 6) and, naturally, sent social media into a frenzy. Fans pointed to tracks “Fear of Heights” and “Virginia Beach” as clear shots at RiRi.

On the former’s intro, the rapper repeatedly says “anti” — which happens to be the singer’s 2016 album title. He allegedly clowns the “average sex” that they had and claims her new beau “can’t leave her” like he did.

“Why they make it sound like I’m still hung up on you?/ That could never be,” he begins the track. “Gyal can’t ruin me/ Better him than me, better it’s not me/I’m anti, I’m anti/ Yeah, and the sex was average with you/ Yeah, I’m anti ’cause I had it with you/ Okay, I’m auntie like your daddy sister/ Auntie like a family picture/ And I had way badder bi**hes than you, TBH/ Yeah, that man, he still with you, he can’t leave you/Y’all go on vacation, I bet it’s Antilles.”

Then, on “Virginia Beach,” he mentions another former lover’s education. Drake mentions a woman that he could’ve “treated better” and tells her she’s acting like she has a Parson’s degree. If you’re wondering why that would be important, the Barbados songstress also has a degree from the Parsons School of Design.

“I know what you say/ You say I coulda treated you better or whatever, but/ I don’t know, I think I did alright/ Know what I’m sayin’?/ And you know how you get/ Drawin’ conclusions like you got a Parsons degree or somethin’/ I coulda treated you better, that’s crazy/ Nope,” he raps.

Sharing Rocky and Rih’s dance clip, one fan noted the couple’s unbothered energy amid the shots. “RIHANNA & ASAP ROCKY HAVING A DANCE OFF TO NICKI MINAJ IS THE BEST THING AMIDST DRAKE ALLEGEDLY THROWING SHADE ON FOR ALL MY DOGS MUSIC ALBUM BIG PISCES ENERGY,” she excitedly typed.
