Lets do something illegal and then use that as the basis for not following the law or the continuation of this scandal. Yes, the Census will count all persons. Great, do that. What does that have to do with failing to properly identify their status to stop the theft of electoral college votes, the number of Congresspersons allocated to each State and other abuses? The Constitution has never supported that. There's a reason they don't have a right to vote, and likewise, it was also never intended for them to alter the number of congressional representatives or electoral college votes or alter voting district lines.
