Ever one for a red carpet theme, Anya Taylor-Joy appeared at a CinemaCon preview screening of her upcoming film, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, in a bold, all-leather look.

The newlywed (at least officially) actress wore a daring form-fitting mini dress from Ludovic de Saint Sernin's Fall/Winter 2024 collection made of what appeared to be a long strand of leather wrapped around her body and laced together through small silver-lined eyelets. A matching strap of leather wrapped around her neck to form a criss-cross halter, while one strand of leather fell around her thigh. She paired the fierce dress with a sleek top knot and smoky eyes.

The star shared the look on Instagram, writing, "Vroommmmm. Thank you so much @cinemacon for helping us get our engines started in style. To a wonderful journey ahead.

The dress is the latest in a celeb-endorsed trend of outfits-made-of-belts. Last month, Dup Lipa wore a bustier top made of three giant leather belts and in February, the ever-creative Julia Fox wore a low-rise mini skirt made up of a series of brown belts.

With Furiosa coming our way next month, it seems that Taylor-Joy is officially in her Dominatrix era. After all, she certainly loves to dress on theme. Last year, she stepped out on the red carpet in a bright pink racing suit in honor of her character Princess Peach in Super Mario Bros and in 2021, she nailed Hollywood glamour with a truly stunning deep green Dior gown. As she told us at InStyle, Halloween is her favorite holiday — and as she nails yet another thematic look, we can totally see why.
