Ant Anstead Says It's 'Wild' Son Archie, 17, Has Started to Drive: 'Needed to Do Some Cruising'

Anstead is dad to sons Archie and Hudson, as well as daughter Amelie

Ant Anstead's son has reached a pivotal moment in his teenage life.

On Tuesday, the Celebrity IOU: Joyride star, 44, posted a photo on Instagram with son Archie, 17, as they went for a drive together. In the photo, Archie is behind the wheel, with Anstead leaning in to snap a selfie of the occasion.

"It''s WILD when your kids start to drive! Obviously Archo and I needed to do some cruising!! X x x," the proud father wrote in his caption.

Anstead shares his son Archie and his daughter Amelie, 19, with ex Louise Storey. He is also dad to son Hudson, 4, whom he shares with ex Christina Hall.

At the end of August, the star celebrated his teenage son's birthday with a touching tribute and collection of throwback photos of father and son.

“17 TODAY!!!! Happy birthday to my incredible son @archoanstead I’m so proud watching you thrive into the young man you have become!” Anstead wrote on Instagram.

“This is a huge year of A levels and finally time to drive!!!" he continued, including a snap of a younger Archie sitting in the driver's seat of an old car.

“I love you me dooood! You inspire me every day! It’s crazy to think where did those 17 years go? In a blink! One lucky daddo! ❤️❤️🥰 x," Anstead concluded his caption.

Earlier that summer, Anstead posted some sweet photos on his Instagram with his two older kids in England. In the photo, Anstead sat in between daughter Amelie and son Archie as the three were surrounded by plates of curry.

Another shot showed Anstead smiling for a cute selfie with his daughter.

"There is a procedure when one Lands in Blighty...!" he wrote in the caption. "Rain, kiddos, curry…… 🇬🇧🥰🥰 x."
