Actor Anne Heche, 53, remains in a coma following a high-speed car crash into a Los Angeles home on August 5th. Law enforcement officials conducted a toxicology report from blood drawn at the hospital, and according to TMZ, Heche had cocaine in her system at the time of the accident.

The blood sample also showed the presence of fentanyl. It’s unclear at this time if the drug was administered by hospital staff after the crash or taken by Heche beforehand. No evidence of alcohol was found, which is notable because TMZ obtained a photo that appeared to show a bottle of alcohol in the cupholder of her Mini Cooper.

As a result of the toxicology report, Heche is being investigated for felony DUI, the Los Angeles Police Department told CNN.

Heche was driving through Los Angeles’ residential Mar Vista neighborhood when her vehicle collided with a home and sparked a massive fire that took 59 firefighters more than an hour to bring under control. Heche lost consciousness shortly after her rescue and has not regained it since.

Reportedly, the actor suffered a “a significant pulmonary injury requiring mechanical ventilation and burns that require surgical intervention.” Her condition has been described as “dire.”

A woman inside of the home at the time of the crash suffered minor injuries and received medical attention.

Heche is also a person of interest in a hit-and-run that took place earlier on August 5th after allegedly crashing into the garage of an apartment complex, reversing, and fleeing the scene.
