Anne Heche Died Without Will, Son Homer Laffoon Files For Control Of Her Estate

Anne Heche's oldest son has filed for control of her estate. 20-year-old Homer Laffoon filed papers asking that he be awarded control of his late mother's assets since she had not written a will before her sudden death at 53 years old in August. People obtained the paperwork, which mentions both Homer as well Heche's second son, Atlas Tupper, 15, as rightful heirs to her estate. Heche was involved in a fiery car crash on Aug. 5 that left her in a coma. She was taken off life support on Aug. 14.
