If August Moon has basically been on repeat ever since you saw The Idea of You, then not only do you have good music taste, but it means that you absolutely cannot get enough of this new boyband that has definitely taken over our playlists. And while we are definitely begging for a sequel or maybe another August Moon album, we got a little special surprise for ya.

Cosmopolitan got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what it took to create August Moon for The Idea of Youwhich you can check out aboveand trust us when we say that it took a village. Anne Hathaway herself even says that it was, "such a huge achievement to create the biggest boyband in the world."

And while it seems like Nicholas was totally made for this, he actually admits, "that portion of the movie was something I was pretty terrified about." It honestly doesn't show especially considering the fact that they had to go through a huge boot camp to make sure it all felt real.

From the choreographers to the songwriters to the actual members of the camp, it's clear that everyone put in so much time and effort to make August Moon the real deal.

"We've had to really get to know each other and we built a lot of trust throughout this process and had a lot of fun while doing it," Nicholas revealed.
