Anne Hathaway is hoping to work with Meryl Streep again.

The actress, 40, shared her wish to team up with her former The Devil Wears Prada costar Streep — who she reunited with last month on the big screen at the premiere of her new film She Came to Me in New York City on Tuesday.

"Oh my gosh, I would love that," Hathaway told Entertainment Tonight. "I wish. I wish. I wish. She's very busy."

Hathaway famously played assistant Andrea Sachs in the 2006 hit film The Devil Wears Prada opposite Streep, 74, who portrayed the intimidating Editor-in-Chief Miranda Priestly.

At the premiere, Hathaway also spoke about attending the Clooney Foundation for Justice’s Albie Awards last week, where she reunited with Streep 17 years after they shared the big screen.

"Wasn't it so awesome that Versace was one of the sponsors of the evening?" Hathaway told ET. "I was already so proud to work with the company, and that coupled with the speech that Donatella [Versace] gave last week in Italy about the importance of human rights and LGBTQIA rights, I'm so honored to get to work with them."

Hathaway was pictured beaming alongside Streep at the second-annual gala in a major fashionable reunion as they were joined by a host of other stars for the evening on Sept. 28.

She Came to Me is directed by Rebecca Miller and tells the story of a composer, played by Peter Dinklage, who suffers from writer’s block and finds his passion again following a one-night stand.

Speaking on the film, Hathaway told ET, "We don't get so many movies these days about people just trying to figure things out. Normally we get movies about superheroes, and building, and destroying, and rebuilding cities, and doing, and moving through time, which is great and fun... I embrace movies like that, but I want to make sure that movies like this still have a place in our culture, and in our lives, and especially in our theaters."

She added, "I'm just really excited to be part of this one."
