Anne Hathaway Goes Bold for 'The Idea of You' Press Tour

Anna Hathaway's next movie moment comes by way of "The Idea of You," a romance-comedy directed by Michael Showalter. In it, 40-year-old Solène (played by Hathaway) falls in love with a 24-year-old boy band singer (played by Nicholas Galitzine) after a chance encounter at Coachella. And on the film's press tour, Hathaway dresses like a true leading lady, in bold, playful looks that put the spotlight firmly on her.
Across appearances, Hathaway has favored strong colors and eye-catching fabrication — see: the star's bright red Versace gown from the film's premiere in New York or her feathery Valentino tank top at a screening at South by Southwest. Each look makes a statement in its own right. (Even when she wore all black, it was a polished leather suit by Ralph Lauren.) Most of the looks, styled by Erin Walsh, are topped by a healthy helping of Bulgari jewelry, too.
