Angelina Pivarnick and fiancé Vinny Tortorella had a flare up at their Freehold Township home.

Pivarnick, cast member of MTV's “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” called police after an alleged altercation at the home, according to the New York Post. Pivarnick declined to press charges against Tortorella after the cops arrived. The date of the incident was not reported.

The home is often featured on “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” and was previously inhabited by Pivarnick and ex-husband Chris Larangeira.

“I can confirm that Angelina did in fact call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,” said Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., to the Asbury Park Press in a statement. “This matter is now closed. Moving forward, Angelina would ask for privacy as it pertains to her personal life.”

Tortorella and Pivarnick are still engaged.

“My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and are still residing together. Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred,” said Tortorella’s Jersey-based lawyer, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, in a statement to the Asbury Park Press.

Pivarnick’s Instagram account was taken down as of the evening of Wednesday, Aug. 9.

Pivarnick and Tortorella's engagement was shown on the April 27 episode of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation.” It happened at the Sofia Nola restaurant in New Orleans last November on a night that was intended to celebrate Vinny Guadagnino's birthday.

“I love you so much,” Tortorella said. “A lot of things in life aren't guaranteed but somethings I learned since I met you is loving you is going to be guaranteed for the rest of my life. And if there's anything beyond life, I want us to love each other through everything — good, bad, little, big. I'll always have your back. I know you'll have my back. I want to grow old with you. I want to experience everything with you.”

Tortorella is referred to as “Vinny 2.0” on the show as Pivarnick was romantically linked to fellow cast member Guadagnino, who, like Tortorella, is from Staten Island.

Season 7 of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” is currently airing at 8 p.m. Thursdays on MTV.
