Angelina Jolie has claimed that the infamous 2016 plane incident isn’t the only time that ex-husband Brad Pitt allegedly abused her.

Per docs obtained by Page Six, on Thursday, Jolie’s legal team made this allegation in an attempt to prove that Pitt refused to allow his ex-wife to sell her portion of their Chateau Miraval French winery unless she signed an “expansive” NDA.

“While Pitt’s history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him,” her team said in the docs.

Pitt, 60, and Jolie, 48, first met in 2004 when they were filming “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” and Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston, 55.

They officially got together in 2005, tied the knot in 2014, and separated in 2016, with their divorce becoming official in 2019.

Together, they share biological children Vivienne, 15, Knox, 15, Shiloh, 17, and adopted children Maddox, 22, Zahara, 19, and Pax, 20.

They announced their separation in 2016, after an alleged violent argument on a plane.

According to records at the time in 2016, Jolie said that the “Fight Club” star, who had been allegedly drinking, took her to the restroom, where he “grabbed her by the head, shaking her,” during an argument about their kids.

She alleged that Pitt punched the ceiling of the plane after telling her, “You’re f – – king up this family.” When the kids asked, “Are you OK, Mommy?” Pitt allegedly replied: “No, she’s not OK, she’s ruining this family, she’s crazy.”

One of the kids — whose name was redacted from the report — yelled, “It’s not her, it’s you, you prick!,” according to the report. Pitt allegedly ran toward the child, but Jolie held him back. In the process, she got injuries to her back and elbow.

According to the initial FBI report, Jolie further alleged that Pitt poured beer on her as she tried to sleep.

At the end of the flight, Jolie claimed that Pitt held the family back from deplaning for about 20 minutes after she told him she was taking the kids to a hotel in California. She alleged that he yelled, “You’re not taking my f – – king kids” and that he pushed her.

She filed for divorce six days later.

In 2017, Pitt revealed to GQ Style that he had an alcohol problem that led to the demise of his marriage.

Their divorce also included a bitter fight over their shared French vineyard.

According to the filing on Thursday, the NDA that Pitt allegedly proposed to Jolie would cover his “personal misconduct, whether related to Miraval or not,” in an attempt to prevent her from speaking on his alleged abuse.

Jolie’s lawyers alleged that Pitt wanted her to “contractually bind herself” to silence after he learned in 2021 that she submitted a sealed filing. This filing included “emails, summaries of the family’s expected testimony and other evidence” to help settle their child custody dispute.

At the time, Pitt had agreed to purchase Jolie’s shares of the French winery. He allegedly then backed out over fear that the sealed documents “could eventually become public,” the documents say.

“By refusing to buy her interest but then suing her, Mr. Pitt put directly at issue why that NDA was so important to him and what he hoped it would bury: his abuse of Ms. Jolie and their family,” Jolie’s attorney Paul Murphy told Page Six.

According to the filing on Thursday, Jolie “never pressed charges” against Pitt before because “she believed the best course was for Pitt to accept responsibility and help the family recover from the post-traumatic stress he caused.”

The Post reached out to Jolie and Pitt for comment.

A friend of Pitt’s familiar with the litigation over the years replied with the statements, “This is a pattern of behavior — whenever there is a decision that goes against the other side they consistently choose to introduce misleading, inaccurate and/or irrelevant information as a distraction.”

The continued: “There was a lengthy custody trial that involved the entire history of their relationship and a judge who heard all the evidence still granted him 50/50 custody.”
