Happy birthday, Lucy Cohen! Andy Cohen’s baby girl just turned 2, and he celebrated by posting the sweetest photo with his little doll daughter.

“Lucy is Two!” the Watch What Happens Live host posted on Instagram Monday morning. “It is so exciting getting to know my daughter; she’s a smart, funny sweetheart who surprises me every day.” Cohen, who is also dad to 4-year-old son Ben, continued, “And the female energy Lucy is shining all over this house is welcome and needed! It’s getting really fun over here!”

“Marking time through the filter of my children’s growth is blowing my mind at this later stage of my life,” he added, turning a little sentimental. “Everything feels on double-time but it’s also, as @hodakotb says, right on time. ♥️”

In the photo, Cohen wore a green plaid button-down shirt over a gray t-shirt and held a gold “2” balloon in one hand and Lucy in the other. She’s picture-perfect with her pretty blue eyes and curly brown hair, accessorized with a yellow bow. She’s wearing a pink, yellow, and white dress and little yellow socks as she smiles with her dad. The picture shows how much Lucy has grown since last year, when Cohen shared a similar photo except with a “1” balloon and a much younger-looking Lucy.

“She is A living doll!! 😍❤️❤️ Happiest birthday to Lucy Evelyn 🥳 🎂,” one person commented. Another wrote, “OMG!!!! She is sooooo adorable, she looks just like Ben!!! You are so blessed Andy!!!” someone else commented.

Lucy was born via surrogate in 2022. In a May 2023 appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, he shared that he “helped” New York pass a gestational surrogacy law which allowed for the birth of his daughter. “I wanted to have the baby in New York, or I wanted my surrogate to have the baby in New York. And so Lucy was one of the first surrogate babies born here,” he said, per Page Six. He added, “But also, it was good because it gave me a lot more time to kind of get good at [parenting] with Ben.”

And now Ben and Lucy seem close, with the 4-year-old using his spring break to teach his sister how to say “poo-poo.” It’s true love!

Lucy has tiny Louboutins, has rocked a full sleeve of fake tattoos, and wears a sparkly tiara while she eats. We can’t wait to see what the next year has in store for Lucy!

These celeb parents know how to throw an epic birthday bash!
