YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: Like a good number of showbiz folk with an avid interest in real estate, architecture and/or design, writer/producer Andrew Scheinman is dipping his Tinseltown toe in the luxury property market having listed a brand-new spec-built residence in the lower Bel Air area of Los Angeles with an asking price of $11.495 million. Property records show Mister Scheinman, whose producer credits include “The Princess Bride” and “When Harry Met Sally,” purchased the property just over three years ago for $2.931 million and the existing house, a not-quite 3,600-square-foot two-story mid-century modern, was essentially razed to make way for a 6,020-square-foot, three-floor ultra-contemporary with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
