'Anchorman' star David Koechner has agreed to share custody of the family dogs with his ex-wife and a hefty amount of spousal and child support.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, 'The Office' star has officially settled his divorce from his wife -- Leigh Koechner -- and a breakdown of the agreement has been filed in Los Angeles County Courts.

In the couple's settlement, Koechner agreed to joint legal and physical custody of the former couple's three minor children. The couple also shares two adult kids. David is paying Leigh $7,231 a month for child support, along with another $6,860 a month for spousal support. But, don't worry -- David reportedly makes around $60,000 a month in salary from his various movies and television shows.

Interestingly, the couple agreed to share custody of the family dogs too. The two puppies, Posey and Buttercup, will be shuttled back and forth with the kids when they are with each parent. "Each Party shall be responsible for food while the dogs are in his/her care, and shall evenly divide the expense of routine care such as pet grooming and veterinary check-ups, and vaccines. The parties shall share the same custodial schedule with the dogs as they do with the children as set forth herein. The expenses delineated herein related to the dogs and any preapproved extraordinary expenses will first be paid from the community residuals as they are for the children," it reads.

As in most celebrity divorces, the former couple is splitting the cars -- with Leigh getting a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus and David getting a 2017 Buick Encore.

So what about that 'The Office' money you ask...well, it appears the two will split all royalties of major movies and television shows from the past -- but, David will get all "residuals from work completed after the date of separation."

Of course, by Hollywood standards, this is a very successful marriage -- considering the couple got married in 1998. Officially, their date of separation is February 1, 2019.

Unfortunately, the past few years have been a bit of a struggle for Koechner after he was arrested for DUI...twice. In the first instance, reports indicate David spend New Year's Eve in jail after being picked up a few hours before the new year. Reports indicate he crashed his vehicle into a street sign in Simi Valley, California, and failed a breathalyzer on the scene. The actor was charged with two misdemeanors including a hit-and-run.

A couple of months later, he was booked a second time for driving under the influence. This time, a video made its way online showing the entire interactions with the police.

According to reports, Koechner was allegedly spotted swerving and was pulled over when the officer smelled the odor of alcohol. The actor was in Ohio -- hosting a trivia night for 'The Office' and said he was on his way to West Virginia to appear at ComicCon.

David is well known for playing Champ Kind in the 'Anchorman' movies and appeared in 'The Office' over nine seasons.
