Amy Schumer's pregnancy complications force her to cancel comedy tour

“Due to complications from hyperemesis, I am not cleared to fly for the next couple of weeks. I am going to cancel the remainder of my tour," the 37-year-old actress explained on social media.

Amy Schumer's acute morning sickness has scuttled the remainder of her comedy tour .

“Due to complications from hyperemesis, I am not cleared to fly for the next couple of weeks. I am going to cancel the remainder of my tour," the 37-year-old actress explained on social media.

The comedian said she was embarrassed to have to cancel and fans who already bought tickets would have their money refunded.

Schumer has been plagued by hyperemesis gravidarum, or severe morning sickness, since her October announcement that she and husband Chris Fischer were expecting their first child. She was hospitalized the following month and canceled a Texas show.

Now in her third trimester, she and the baby are healthy but her physical symptoms have persisted, forcing her to pull the plug on the remaining four tour dates.

"I have a pretty good attitude about it and some days I feel good for a couple hours," she wrote. "But mostly it sucks. I wanted to push through and do my shows," wrote the "I Feel Pretty" star. "Because I hate letting people down and I love stand up and money! But more than that I have to think about my health and the baby."
