Magician Shin Lim is about to take a giant step to the next level after he was spotted viewing a huge multi-million dollar mansion in Las Vegas, after signing a big residency in sin city.
According to sources close to the 'America's Got Talent' winner, he has been looking for new homes in the Lake Las Vegas neighborhood. Just to set the scene, this is the gated community Celine Dion lives in with her family.
Lim won Season 13 of 'America’s Got Talent', which meant he got the $1 million prize money. Plus, he also came out on top of AGT's Champion version.
The Giant Las Vegas Estate
After winning, The Mirage Hotel and Casino announced a residency with the magician to perform at it's Terry Fator Theatre. The 28-year-old sleight of hand artist played the Strip last November as headliner of the annual “America’s Got Talent Live!”
At the time, the show sold out all five performances. So, MGM Resorts announced a multi-million dollar deal for his show “Limitless” to run through June 2020. Mirage already is the home of two huge acts, with shows from Terry Fator and Boyz II Men. The “Limitless” show will also include Scottish mentalist Colin Cloud, who’s been touring and performing with Lim for many years.

So, what do you do with all that money? Buy a Vegas mansion!
We're told Shin Lim visited this massive property as a part of his real estate viewings, and it is unreal.
The estate is on the market for a cool $7.5 Million and is in the Lake Las Vegas gated community which hosts famous homeowners like Celine Dion and Jackie Jackson. The home features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is almost 9,000 sq. ft. The house sits right on the lake's waterfront, and is over 1 acre in size.
We're told Lim visited several other houses in the same area.
The 'Water's Edge' View
According to selling information on the mansion, it is called "Water's Edge."
"The experience of Water’s Edge begins at a private porte-cochere, where upon arrival guests will witness a captivating stone wall, as well the water, golf course and canyons within Lake Las Vegas," it's description explains.
“Water’s Edge” is "positioned on a remarkable location, this 1.21-acre lot is surrounded by nearly 300 feet of waterfront property with a private sandy beach and outstanding views." according to its description.
Also, for all those Las Vegas partiers, the home is located only 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport.
Here's the good news...
Shin Lim should be able to afford this massive manor if he decides to buy it. Why you ask?
Terry Fator, who the theatre is named after, reportedly signed a $100 million contract to extend his residency with The Mirage. He is set to perform until 2021 with his puppets. Previously, the ventriloquist and reportedly made 18.5 million in 2017 in his first contract.
