A TV favorite of collectors and history buffs, "American Pickers" will scout the Sunshine State for hidden treasures in garages, yards and inside living rooms across Florida this winter.

The "Pickers" will be here at the start of 2024 on a tour de junk looking for those surprisingly valuable, one-of-a-kind finds that glue viewers to each episode season after season.

"We are planning to return to Florida this January," producer Meredith Ball shared in an email to the Daily Commercial.

Ball explained that the "Pickers" showrunners are looking for unique items, something, they say, they've never seen before with an extraordinary story.

"We're looking for leads throughout the state, specifically interesting characters with fascinating items," Ball continued. "The way we find people and collections for our show is through spreading the word far and wide so that people know we’re coming to town."

As they hit the back roads between I-75 and I-95, the show's stars — Robbie Wolfe, Danielle Colby, Jon Szalay and Mike Wolfe — hope to recycle and rescue forgotten relics and to meet people with jaw-dropping stories.

They also hope to find items that are simply fun or downright hilarious.

In every episode of the History Channel series' 13-year run, the Pickers give historically significant objects a new lease on life while discovering snippets of America’s past.

Whether the Pickers can rub the tarnish off our state's infamous "Florida Man" reputation these days — well, that's a question for another TV series.

Collectors interested in being considered for the show should call 646-493-2184 or email  AmericanPickers@cineflix.com.

Include your full name, city, state, contact information and a brief description of the items/collection.

Important note: Pickers only pick private collections. No stores, malls, flea markets, museums, auctions, businesses or anything open to the public will be considered.
