‘American Idol’: Tori Kelly and Jelly Roll announced as 2024 mentors

Season 22 of “American Idol” will return to ABC on Sunday, February 18. Hopeful contestants are currently being winnowed down at Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii, a tradition that’s become a mainstay since Season 19 in 2019. Each year judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie bring along superstar mentors to help coach the contestants. This year Grammy winner Tori Kelly and Grammy nominee Jelly Roll have been announced as mentors. See their social media announcement below.

The 22nd season of “American Idol,” lucky number seven on ABC, is set to return on February 18.
