‘American Horror Story’ Finale as Bloody as Ever
On the season finale of American Horror Story: Hotel, there was a whole lot of killing going on. But what’s new? This has been a particularly bloody season, and the final episode was no different.
“I’m gonna cut to the chase, I am the first woman in the world to have prostate cancer,” Iris said, having laid out an assortment of murder weapons. She invited her “friends,” the ghosts, to “Hack me. Strangle me. Bludgeon me. Surprise me!” and ultimately kill her so she can be with them forever.
Fresh off of her Golden Globe win, Lady Gaga returned as the Countess, just in time to help Iris transition to the other side with her signature fingertip throat slicer. Blood and gore littered the final episode just as it had the whole season, and the final scene may have led you to believe that the Hotel Cortez could live on forever.
