The new series, debuting in 2024, will follow judges Mel B, Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel as they choose a roster of their favorite acts and compete alongside the contestants
America's Got Talent is spreading its wings with another exciting spinoff.
On Thursday, NBC announced its new series AGT: Fantasy League, set to premiere in 2024.
Singer and songwriter Mel B — who appeared on seasons 8-13 of AGT and season 1 of AGT: The Champions — will return as a judge alongside executive producer Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel.
Like with the original series, Terry Crews will be hosting.

According to NBC, the judges will "each choose a roster of their favorite acts picking from winners, finalists, viral sensations and fan favorites from America’s Got Talent and Got Talent franchises around the world, all pre-selected by America in an initial vote."
For the first time in the show's history, the judges will compete alongside the contestants and will "mentor and guide" the acts throughout the competition in hopes of seeing an act from their team crowned the champion.
The draft pool will include 40 acts, with each judge selecting 10. The audience will vote each week to decide which acts go through to the finale.
Like usual, a Golden Buzzer will send acts straight to the finale. However, this time, there's a new twist. Each judge will be able to use their Golden Buzzer for their own act or to steal an act from another judge's team.
Fantasy League will be co-produced by Fremantle and Syco Entertainment. Sam Donnelly and Jason Raff will serve as executive producers alongside Cowell.
Since its inception in 2006, Got Talent has spanned more than 70 different versions across the globe. Spinoffs have included America's Got Talent: The Champions, America's Got Talent: Extreme and America's Got Talent: All-Stars.
