America Ferrera was channeling one of the most iconic Hollywood stars at the 2024 Producers Guild Awards.

In an Instagram post on Monday, the Barbie actress, 39, revealed where she got her “bobspiration” for her award show look. In a series of images breaking down her all-black ensemble, Ferrera can be seen rocking a chic, short French bob, which she compares to Elizabeth Taylor with a split photo of herself and late actress wearing the same look, bow and all.

“Honoring producers at the @producersguild Awards,” she wrote in the caption before adding, “With a little inspiration from Mizz Elizabeth Taylor.”

Highlighting the timeless look, Ferrera’s photo gallery shows off her smokey eye makeup and little black bow headband by Jennifer Behr, which pulls back her Aviva Jansen Perea-styled bob just enough to see the shine of her drop-diamond earrings.

Her dress — a long, low v-neck halter dress by Patou — also had a retro vibe with the black beaded embellishments in clusters polka-dotted all over.

Ferrera’s homage to Taylor came just two days before the Cleopatra star, who died in March 2011 at the age of 79, would have turned 92.

This is the second time this week that Ferrera has dressed to impress at an award show — she also shared photos of her SAG Awards attire, which featured her husband, Ryan Piers Williams, admiring her in the background.

Her caption joked that the photo carousel was “a love story in 5 pictures ❤️,” and listed what each showed.

Ferrera joked that Williams, 42, was giving her “the look” and that she was upset after he wouldn’t “kiss [me] in a photo” before she decided to “forgive him and get silly,” as she stuck out her tongue for a selfie during the ceremony.

Williams proves to be Ferrera’s biggest fan in a post on her stylist Karla Welch's Instagram. In one image, Williams can be seen snapping a photo of his wife in as she poses before the PGAs.

One of the actor's biggest supporting roles shined through in his surprise appearance in Barbie, playing Fererra’s on-screen husband.

"We didn't tell anybody, any of our friends or family," Ferrera told PEOPLE in January.

“Right away she [director and co-screenwriter Greta Gerwig] was like, ‘Oh my God, does he want to play your husband?’ And I was like, ‘I don't know, you'll have to ask him,’ ” Ferrera recalled. “...When it came time, she was like, ‘Remember when I asked you if your husband would play your husband?’ And he said yes.”
