Amber Heard did not have a lot to say about the $50 million lawsuit filed against her by Johnny Depp but what she did say made it clear … she does not plan on rolling over.

Heard was at London’s Heathrow Airport on Wednesday when a paparazzi asked her about defamation suit filed against her by her ex-husband. Depp’s lawsuit is very aggressive and accuses Heard of not only faking injuries to support her accusation that Depp abused her but also that she began a “relationship” with Elon Musk one month into their marriage.

The photog tried to engage Heard a few times on the suit and she ignored the questions until she finally said, “Fighting the good fight.”

As The Blast first reported, Depp sued Heard for defamation over an op-ed Heard wrote last year where she referred to herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse.” Depp denies ever abusing Heard and is asking for $50 million in damages.

In his lawsuit, Depp takes issue with an article Heard wrote for the Washington Post in December 2018, in which she referred to herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse.”

Although Johnny Depp was not named, he claims the entire article “depends on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.”

He claims that Heard’s abuse allegations were “conclusively refuted by two separate responding police officers, a litany of neutral third-party witnesses, and 87 newly obtained surveillance camera videos.”

The lawsuit also claims that shortly after their marriage, Amber Heard began a relationship with Elon Musk.

“Unbeknownst to Mr. Depp, no later than one month after his marriage to Ms. Heard, she was spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and Space-X founder, Elon Musk,” the documents state.

Depp claims Heard received many “late night” visits from Musk at Depp’s residence and used the building’s personnel to facilitate the visits. He claims the “Aquaman” star asked staff at the building to “give her ‘friend Elon’ access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator ‘late at night.’”

Depp is suing for defamation and asking for damages in excess of $50,000,000.

A rep for Musk tells The Blast, “Elon and Amber didn’t start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent. They were not on the same continent for most of this time. Their relationship didn’t become romantic until much later.”

Eric George, an attorney for Amber Heard, previously told The Blast, “This frivolous action is just the latest of Johnny Depp’s repeated efforts to silence Amber Heard. She will not be silenced. Mr. Depp’s actions prove he is unable to accept the truth of his ongoing abusive behavior. But while he appears hell-bent on achieving self-destruction, we will prevail in defeating this groundless lawsuit and ending the continued vile harassment of my client by Mr. Depp and his legal team.”
